三宮駅より徒歩10〜12分の場所にあるBAR ラグナ ザ バー。
事前予約不可、19時半オープンから10分と経たず満席になる人気のバー。2022年バー百名店に選出されています。
寡黙なバーテンダーの方が切り盛りされているようで、店内は程よく緊張感のある雰囲気。清潔感のあるカウンター席がずらっと並んでおり、女性の利用客も多い印象です。

ブランデーの香りがしっかりとしつつも、フルーティで飲みやすいサイドカー。グラスの縁が内側に向いたおしゃれなグラスを使用されており、口に当たる量が少なくゆっくり堪能できます。
彩豊かなチャームも印象的で、甘味のあるドライフルーツや、酸味の強いチーズ、程よくお腹を満たしてくれるバケットなど、どれもカクテルと相性抜群でした！
