三宮駅北、北上ホテル横にある餃子専門店。(ラーメンもあるが)夜2人で来てみた。店内はL字型カウンター席のみ。後ろに待ち席用の椅子が数個ある。外で並んでいる場合もある。3人体制で、うち1人は絶えず餃子を作られている。20分程店内で待って、案内された。烏龍茶(¥300)、青島ビール(¥500)、うまい鶏(¥410)、キャベツ餃子(¥410)、椎茸餃子(¥410)、ニラ玉子餃子(¥410)、ピリ辛餃子(¥410)を頼んだ。それぞれ一人前は6切れ。餃子のタレは、酢醤油、味噌、酢コショウ、ラー油など豊富にある。キャベツ餃子が基本で、椎茸餃子は椎茸の味が濃厚だった。ニラ玉餃子も美味しかった。外で並ぶのが難だが、機会があればまた来たい。
