町中華を探して三ノ宮をウロウロ。たまたま入れたお店は名店でした。
さすが神戸です。餃子もラーメンも日本人離れした味付けです。餃子もいいけど私はラーメンの方をオシます。
・餃子 ２人前 820円
ひとり２人前はミニマム。12個来ます。種類がいろいろあるので選択に迷いますね。お店の方に聞いてみたけど、好きなのをどうぞと言われてしまった。
テキトーにキャベツとピリ辛を選びました。注文を受けてから皮に包んで焼きます。美味しいけど普通の日本の餃子とは味が違いますね。他のお客さんの注文を聞いていると しいたけ餃子が人気みたいでした。
・小さいラーメン 410円
感動したのはこっちの方です。ほろほろの鶏肉と濃厚なスープが素晴らしい味を出してます。麺は割と普通だけど、他にはない逸品でした。
ビールを飲んでお勘定は 1,780円。夕食難民になりかけたけど、すごく得した気分。
