北野坂と東門筋の中間あたり、台湾料理「金山園」の並びにある鉄板焼のお店。お店に入ると手前がカウンター席で、奥にテーブル席がある。金曜日の夜に、予約なしで入店。
まずはビールで乾杯し、続いてはグラスワイン赤にチェンジ。イタリアワインだったと思うけど、口当たりが良くて美味しいワインだった。4〜5杯は飲んだような気がする。料理は、以下を注文した。
・すじ土手煮
・佐賀牛ステーキ
・鳥皮パリパリ
・豚玉お好み焼き
・チーズチップス
神戸ビーフ（神戸肉）のフィレも食べたかったのだけど、品切れとのことだった。サーロインならあったようだけど、胃袋と相談してパスした。チーズチップスは、香ばしくて風味がいい。
お酒のおつまみ系はどれも美味しいし、価格はリーズナブル。敷居が高くない鉄板焼なので、普段使いに重宝するお店だと思う。次回は、すじねぎ焼きや焼きそば系も食べてみたい。
