三宮から徒歩５分、加納町にある『大豆屋』さんにお邪魔してきました。
豆腐料理がメインのお店で、豆乳しゃぶしゃぶなど美肌効果の期待できるお料理が女性に大人気のお店なんです！
＜場所＞
ビル前には白色の暖簾と看板が立っています。
店内は、個室やテーブル席・カウンター席まであり、ゆったりとした空間です。
＜メニュー＞
「月替り御膳」をいただきました♪
初めに、おかわり自由のお豆腐と豆乳を頂きます。
「テーブルの薬味をのせてお召し上がりください」とのことでした(^^♪
とってもクリーミーなお豆腐で、そのままでも濃厚な味わいがして美味しいです。
搾りたての豆乳も、とってもクリーミーで濃厚です。
御膳には、豆富６種盛り・湯葉のお造り・茶碗蒸し・海老の東寺揚げ（天ぷら）・炊き込みご飯・
お味噌汁・わらび餅がのってきました。
驚いたのは、豆富６種盛です。豆腐それぞれに味がしっかりとついており、豆腐とは思えないような味わいが印象的です。
炊き込みご飯や茶碗蒸し、お味噌汁も全体的に優しい味で、ほっこりと温まります♪
メインの東寺揚げも、大葉が香ばしく、とても美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした！✨
店員さんの接客も暖かく、また行きたいお店になりました。
「ヒアルロン酸入りの美肌豆乳しゃぶしゃぶ」など、女性には堪らないメニューがたくさんあり気になりますね♡
