三宮の北野坂すぐのところにある居酒屋です
入口で靴を脱いであがるようになっています
全席個室ということですが、個室は狭く、壁の上側が開いているため、隣の声がかなり聞こえるので少し落ち着かないです
まずは、ハイボールから♪
お洒落なグラスで提供されますが、量は少なめです

マカロニサラダです
この値段は…少し…かなり、高いですよね（笑）
◆アトランティックサーモンのアンチエイジングサラダ（745円）
サーモンやしらすの入ったサラダで、さっぱりと食べやすいです
量は少なめなので、もう少しボリュームが欲しいですね～
◆牡蠣の三種オーブン焼き6P（1,069円）
グラタン、ハーブバター、トマトソースがそれぞれ2ピースずつ入っています
味わいはどれも薄味とはなっていますが、牡蠣自体は良好です
◆特選A4和牛のステーキ140g（1,922円）
提供されたお肉は、少しメニュー写真とイメージが違います
メニューでは、赤身が多く、美味しそうに見えますが…
少し焼き過ぎ感があって硬くなっています
せっかくのA4和牛の良い肉を使っているのでしたら、ジューシー感の残る柔らかい焼き方ならもっと嬉しいのですが…
◆ウメ子のチーズフォンデュ（594円/1人前）
2人前からの注文となります
チーズフォンデュの、チーズが冷たいので、温めるのに時間かかります
ソースは、チーズフォンデュというよりも、ベシャメルソースです…ソースに具材をくぐらせても、全くチーズが伸びませんし（笑）
具材は、カボチャ、じゃがいも、ブロッコリー、ソーセージ、マッシュポテトフライ、フォカッチャです
ソースをつけて頂くよりも、少しフォンデュ鍋で煮込みながら食べる方が美味しかったですw
◆フォカッチャ（356円）
ソースがあまるので、フォカッチャを追加！
フォカッチャは、とても美味しいです
固形燃料を何回か替えてもらい堪能しました(*‘ω‘*)
