It's a Teppan-yaki restaurant directly managed by JA Hyogo, so of course the meat is Kobe beef♡ The appetizers and soup are delicious with plenty of vegetables from Hyogo, and I'm kind of happy (*^^*) This time I tried the Kobe beef thigh and sirloin. I ordered to share. This course also includes my favorite foie gras. After all, good foie gras has no odor and doesn't go away even when grilled (lol) It's so delicious! When the Hyogo vegetables and Kobe beef are placed on the iron plate and begin to grill, the aroma of the meat is amazing! Even the peach is soft and juicy ♡ The sirloin melts in your mouth ~ (≧∀≦) You can choose between rice or garlic rice to finish, but of course go with garlic rice. Why is rice grilled on a thick iron plate so fragrant and delicious? ♡ Dessert You can move to a separate room and relax on the sofa. It's nice to be able to have post-meal conversations in such a relaxing space (*^_^*) Thank you for the meal!
