旅先神戸でのDinner。地産地消がコンセプトのこちら、JA全農兵庫直営レストラン神戸プレジール本店さんにお邪魔しました。
地域内で生産された食材を地域内で消費することによって、私たちは新鮮で栄養価が高く安全な食材をいただくことができるし、地域経済の活性化に少しでも貢献できる。こういう付加価値も大事かな、と個人的には思っているので、旅先に地産地消がコンセプトのレストランあれば、可能な限り伺うようにしています。
神戸牛が目的だったのだけれど、とにかくお野菜が美味しい。歯応え、甘み、苦み、かおり、全てが新鮮で個々が際立ってる。久しぶりにこんなに美味しいお野菜をいただきました。
鉄板焼ではなくせいろ蒸しだったら、このお野菜たちを存分にいただけたようです。次回訪問の機会があれば間違いなくせいろ蒸しだな。
