台風直撃～
この日は前から予約していたTakeuchiディナー(>_<｡)
結婚式帰りのドレスアップした女の子たちの足元がレインブーツだったのも仕方ない降りっぷり。
少し気取ったお店かなぁと思ってたらシンプルでスタイリッシュな店内。
お店自体広くはないけどゆったりしたテーブル席♪
６名なのでコースのお任せ☆ 何がでるかな何がでるかな♪
まずはトマトパン。見るからに美味しそう～っ
ハモンイベリコ？とオリーブも♪大好きな最高の組合せ( ´艸｀)
ワイン、ワインとテンション上げる友人。好きなカクテルがなかった私は生姜たっぷりジンジャエール(笑)
パンはそのままでも、ハムやオリーブを挟んだり…♪
次に６種の盛り合わせ。
魚介類中心でミル貝？に秋刀魚や鰯のマリネ、ジャガイモのトルティーリャ など。
あ、白ワインボトル入りました(笑)
次の出番は
チョリソ
ぐつぐつのキノコのアヒージョ☆
チョリソは「獣っぽい」と賛否両論。美味しいけどこれは好み分かれるなぁ～
そんな中、横からは赤ワイン、赤ワインと聞こえてくる(笑)
パンのお代わりＯＫで普通のバケットかトマトパン選べれたので勿論みんなお代わりで(｡･_･｡)ﾉ
続いてでてきたのは～
サラダ？
たっぷりトマトにキュウリ、レモンに鶏肉～。玉葱みじん切りもあってやっときたあっさり系うまうま( ´艸｀)
大概お腹も満たされてる状態でまだ続きます。
ビーンズとチョリソと牛煮込み！！
また濃いのがきたっと思ったら、パセリのソースでお召し上がりくださいと☆
魚料理にでてきそうなこのソース。なんとも意外だけどさっぱり美味♪
もう胃袋ぱんぱん…でも絶対外せないラストスパートはパエリア☆
人数いるので取り分けてだしてくれました♪
濃い見た目通りしっかり味のついたパエリアはトドメ(-_☆)
これが中盤ならきっと素直に美味しかったに違いない。。
硬すぎずに絶妙でした～
そして別腹は起動します。
デザートはクレーマ・カタルーニャ
口に入れるとろ～っと、そしてオレンジの風味が広がる～☆
どう見てもカスタードプリンなのに牛乳使用してないってすごいなぁ。。
一口大のしっとりチョコケーキと食後のドリンクついてこれでコース４千円…凄い。。
お酒やソフトドリンクも飲んで１人６千円いかないくらい。
１つ１つこだわりある味付けは好み分かれそうな気がしたけど個人的には満足。
かなり喉は渇いたけど(笑)
あとジンジャエール。
かなりの生姜たっぷり炭酸水で最初きつい…と思っていたけど時間がたつにつれて料理に合うんです。
１人で調理されてたみたいだけど遅くもなく料理もたっぷり、シェフも控えめだけど人柄の良い感じ(o^_^o)
※嫌いな食材、量が多いから量の加減なども確認していただけました☆
こちらの都合でパプリカは省いてもらってます。。
