兵庫・三宮の東門入ったところにあるお好み焼きと一品料理の豊富な鉄板焼き屋さん。
系列店に予約をしていたつもりが、到着するとシャッターが閉まっていて、系列店は休業中で徒歩1,2分先の本店で予約になっていました。電話番号も本店に繋がっていたみたいで、とりあえず一安心。
外観から常連さんらしき方で賑わっているのがわかります。店内は満席で予約必須です。カウンター席とテーブル席に分かれていて、どちらも目の前には鉄板。
関西でしか食べられないと思っているレバ刺し♪角が立っていてめちゃくちゃ美味しい。肉の旨味が胡麻油と塩に勝っています。鉄板焼きのイカも厚みがあって最高。
山芋焼きはお好み焼き風かと思いきや分厚いカットでシャキシャキの山芋。醤油で表面を香ばしく焼かれています。レバーも鮮度の良さがわかります。
お好み焼きは豚玉とモダンを。細かく刻まれたキャベツにふわっとした生地、分厚めの豚バラが使われています。見た目よりもボリュームたっぷり。モダンは麺ばかりでなく野菜もたくさん。麺のカリカリが最高。
すじネギうす焼きは醤油が焦げて香ばしくソースと違いあっさり。ネギのねっとり感とすじコンはたまりません。
神戸牛ハラミ‥時価、、、美味しぃぃぃ、、。肉質の良さにたまげます。
一流の鉄板焼き屋と人気お好み焼き2店舗が同時に入ったような、、素材の鮮度が素晴らしく上質、味付けも最高です。
時価はいくらだったのかな？でも、焼酎水割り3杯ほど飲んで1人6,000円程で大満足でした♪
肩肘張らず居心地の良い空間で、最後は表まで見送っていただきました。
