Stir-fried water spinach. Among vegetables, I like stir-fried water spinach the most. It is a seasonal vegetable that can only be seen in the summer, so I always eat it around this time every year. It's simple, but goes well with beer. This shop is located at the back of the snack building on the north side of Higashimonsuji. Since it doesn't face the street, customers will pass by at first glance. It feels like a store that only people you know go to. There are several Fujian restaurants in Nankinmachi, but I think this restaurant is the best in Kobe. It's a so-called bar district, so if you go there around 6 or 7 p.m., the normal meal time, you'll find it empty. I think the busiest time is after 12:00 when the snack shops close. It became lively with Chinese girls who looked like employees of some shop and after-hours customers. Other foods that day included pig's feet, Peking duck, and stir-fried pork tripe. No matter what you eat, it tastes good, and it's cheap! I think it costs about 3,000 yen per person to eat a full meal and drink lots of beer and Shaoxing wine. The seasoning is good, the menu is extensive, and the cost performance is excellent. I think if the location was better, the store would definitely be more prosperous.
