帰省した時にお邪魔しました。神戸なので、神戸ビーフかなと言うことで、
ネットで予約しました。時間がぎりぎりであまり選択肢はありませんでした。
神戸ビーフのお店なので、もっと豪華なお店かと思っていたら、センター街地下の、
飲み屋街にある、普通のお店でした。内装は、喫茶店みたい場感じで、結構狭いです。
注文は、【最高級の神戸牛をリーズナブルに】★吉祥吉 三宮コース★5品 5390円です。
まあ、お肉の質を上げればいくらでも高くなるのですが、この喫茶店の雰囲気では、
この値段でも払いすぎな雰囲気なので、この辺にしておきました。
★神戸牛の逸品
ビーフシチューでした。これはなかなかおいしかったですね。
★兵庫県地元野菜のサラダ
シャキッとしてますが、普通のサラダです。
★本日のスープ
これは結構おいしい。お肉をじっくり煮込んだ感じです。
★神戸牛 赤身ステーキ 120g
極上赤身80gにもできますが、量の多いこちらにしました。
お肉はすでにスライスされているので、ちょっと冷めてますが、お肉は柔らかくておいしいです。
焼き加減は、程よく火の通ったミディアムレアと言う感じでしょうか。悪くないです。
赤身なので、脂っぽくないし、まあ、値段さえ安ければいっぱい食べたい感じではあります。
ソースもおいしいですね。
★土鍋炊きご飯
普通にお茶碗で出てきたけど、土鍋で炊いたのかな？ ちょっと謎。
★本日のデザート
まあ、お肉はおいしかったので良かったです。ただし、5000円以上のディナーと言う感じではないですね。
神戸ビーフなので、どうしても高くなってしまうのかもしれませんが、もう少し満足感のある演出がほしかったです。
