活気があるって良いですね！ 久しぶりに活気の戻った三宮から元町に
向かう商店街を歩きましたよ！ かっての異国情緒が戻って来つつあり
ますね！ 時間は11時、何を食するかとなり --- 中華大好き、でも血の
気嫌いの親父は中華街を敢えて外し町中の中華店を探しました！
一軒、小さいながらも神戸らしい中華店を見つけ入店！ 中は奥深く決
して小さな町中華店ではなかったですね。 スタッフの皆さんも全てが
大陸から来られた人なんでしょうね？ スタッフ間では中国語(?)で会話
されていました！

これが本場の中華かと思える美味しさでした。 もちろん日本人向けに
アレンジされており、日本人が普通にいただく中華を至高に仕上げてい
るという感じでしょうか？ 中華の本場を御存知で、ジビエ好みの方に
は物足りなさを感じられる人もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、私の様な
ごく平凡な親父には最高だったですね。 特に海老のチリソース、餃子、
高菜チャーハンは個人的には史上最高とも思えるものでしたよ。
後、貧乏性親父は芋焼酎のお湯割りに大感激、普通のお店の２倍の量で
したね(^^)!
ここは絶対再訪ありです。
