オーダーから10分以内に着丼。
冷たく〆られた麺はそれだけで食べるとコシがものすごく強く、よく噛めば後に小麦の甘みがします。
うどん好きなわたしこのみ！噛めば噛むほど甘くなる小麦の香り。
そこまで太麺じゃないので啜ると気管に入ったので要注意です。
山椒と黒胡椒、一味があるのでお好みで。
つけ麺は魚介の旨みしみしみの豚バラチャーシューが。
もつつけ麺は豚バラチャーシューのかわりにもつが入っていて、ぶりぶり弾力系
めんまがコリコリと太めなので食感抜群！
味玉は芯まで味がしょんでます。
麺は中盛りですが、つけ麺にしては少なめ。
わたしでも食べられるのでメンズは大必須！
大も無料です。
つけ汁は濃厚な魚介の香りが！豚骨感はそんなにないのでむしろ食べやすいです！
スープも美味しかったですが、麺が美味しかったです。弾力とコシと小麦の甘みのバランスが私的に好み(*ˊᵕˋ*)
器も素敵で、つけ汁はstaub鍋に。
割りスープは入れた途端にイワシの良い香りがしました！
