北野坂を上がって三豊麺さんの筋を左に曲がってすぐの所にあります「北野坂 奥」さんに見参(人 •͈ᴗ•͈)
階段を降りて1番突き当りにお店があります
平日の開店直後でしたので、先客1名様のみ
券売機で「チャーシューもつつけ麺(1200円)」をポチッとな♫
お洒落な店内ですので、いつも女性のお客さんが多い印象です(◍•ᴗ•◍)
麺の量も大盛り無料で、平日のランチタイムは白ご飯も無料です〜
しばらくして着丼
麺が入った陶器の焼物が素敵すぎる(☆▽☆)
ストレートの中太麺は弾力でコシがあり小麦の風味が感じられ、ぷりぷりのもつが入った魚介のスープとの相性バツグン〜(人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ+
卓上の山椒.黒胡椒.一味で味変したらパンチが増して更に美味しい〜
豚バラチャーシューもいい炙り加減で柔らかくていい感じ♫
食べ進めていると、つけ汁が冷めてくるので温め直してもらうと再びグツグツに湧いたつけ汁でいただけます♫
最後は卓上に置いてある昆布とイワシで出汁を取ったスープで割りスープをしてゴクリと完食〜(≧▽≦)
