週末の14:00に利用しました。
地下鉄「三宮駅」から徒歩約7分、神戸らしいハイカラなエリアにある「食べログ パンWEST百名店2022」の実力店です。（2017年から連続受賞中）
2010年9月オープンの店内は総席数17席の小型店舗。 利用した販売コーナーはベテラン女性店員3名で切り盛りしていました。
今回オーダーしたのは以下の品々。

フレンチトースト 378円 ◎
分厚くカットして空気をたっぷり含んだ しっとり食感の逸品！
ラム酒と蜂蜜を使った特別な甘さがいとをかし
コーヒーとの相性は抜群だ！
つぶあんパン mini 270円 〇
どことなくアンパンマンに似たフォルム
粒あんを引き立てるパン生地と桜の花の塩漬けが印象的
シャレオツな商品群の中でどこかホッとする一品
BGMは無し。
客筋は神戸マダム＆マドモアゼル。
客の入りは次から次へ。
女性比率は約8割。
ちなみに訪問時点の食べログ評価点は3.76です。
定休日は月火水の3日間で働き方改革優等生。
ベテラン女性店員の静かで落ち着いた対応が印象的な意識高い系のパン百名店でした。
次回は「ソーセージパン 432円」にトライしたいと思います。
