悪友とけとばし屋チャンピオン 三宮店で馬肉を頂いた後、
二軒目に伺いました。
～オーダーは～
●本日のカルパッチョ ￥900
・・・黒鯛に大葉のソース 皿も魚も冷えてなく生温いので・・・
●シャルキュトリー盛り合わせ ￥1,200
・・・パルマ産２４ヵ月熟成生ハム、パテ・ド・カンパーニュ
モルタデッラ、豚肉のリエット、ピクルス
●ホワイトアスパラのポシェ ソース・オランデーズ ラルド添え ￥900
・・・この値段でホワイトアスパラが食べられるのは嬉しいが、
ソースオランデーズが固まってしまってます(-_-メ)
ラルドは好相性。

オーナーソムリエの接客は付かず離れずで、
我々のようなド素人にも丁寧に嫌味無く、ワインの説明をしてくれます。
グラスで置いてあるラインナップも手頃な価格のものが多く、
頂いたクレマンはビオの生産者の物ですし、リースリングも爽やかな酸味で美味しかった。
お料理の方は、↑にも書いた通り、カルパッチョをガラスの皿で提供してるのに、
皿がぬるい、魚もぬるい。両方冷やした方が美味しいと思うのは私だけでしょうか？
アスパラに添えられたオランデーズソースは、写真を見れば一目瞭然ですが、
火が入り過ぎて、もはや炒り卵状態(T_T) これは客に出したらアカンでしょう。
最後に出てこられた料理人さん、かなり若い方に見えましたが・・・
お店の雰囲気も、ソムリエさんの接客も、ワインも良いので、また伺いたいと思います。
お料理は、今回たまたま運が悪かったのかもしれません。テリーヌは美味かったですよ。
デート使いもできる良い雰囲気の店でした。
