場所は三宮の生田ロードから少し入った路地沿いにあります。
このエリアは飲食店がたくさん並んでいる激戦区です。
外観は少し奥ばった感じで、ワインが覗くスケルトンの扉があるシンプルな佇まい。
店内は数席のカウンターとバックにテーブル席があり、こじんまりとした空間です。
シックなインテリアに程よくかかったジャズで落ち着いた大人の装いです。
オーダーはアラカルトにて、ではオーダー内容です。

・ヴィシソワーズ
・冷製ウニクリームのカッペリーニ
・鹿児島県産黒毛和牛フィレステーキ
・ベイクドチーズケーキ
以上の料理内容です。
まずは前菜、盛り合わせとバーニャカウダ共にハイクオリティではないものの、
ワインと共につまむには十分な味わいです。
中でも生ハムとバーニャカウダのソースが美味しかったです。
ヴィシソワーズも美味しく、ここまでは比較的満足です。
ただパスタはちょっとウニの旨みがなく、調理含め見た目的にも手抜き感がありました。
フィレステーキも普通に美味しいですが、あえてビストロで食べる感じではなく、
霜降りの黒毛和牛を買って帰り自宅で炒めた様で、家庭でも食べられるクオリティですね。
サービスは背の高い優しそうな男性の方が丁寧で居心地の良い対応をしてくださいました。
シャンパン、ワインは美味しかったです。
全体的な感想としては、イメージ通りワインをメインとした感じで、
軽くつまみながら食べるには最適ですが、クオリティを求めて食べるには物足りなく感じました。
食事をメインにするよりも軽く飲みながら食べたり、２件目利用に良いと思います。
