よく食べたお鍋「ムーガタ」
タイ北部のお料理だそうです
このお鍋は形状が変わっていて
ジンギスカン鍋の様に丸くなった部分で焼肉
周りにはスープを入れてお鍋
スープの味も美味しい
焼肉とお鍋が一度に味わえて
上で焼いたお肉の旨みが
お鍋に落ちると言う
すごいシステムのお鍋です
こちらのお店ではお肉は三田豚
甘味があってとても美味しいお肉です
タレは2種類
タマリンドベースとパクチーベース
辛口のパクチーベースのタレが美味しかったです
ニンニクに赤唐辛子もたっぷり
前菜は生春巻きとヤムウンセンが選べるので
迷う事なくヤムウンセン
春雨の固さもちょうど良くて
美味しいです
こちらのシェフはタイのUDON県の出身との事
次回はガイヤーンなど
タイ北部料理も食べてみたいです
でも
ムーガタが美味しかったので
こちらのお店に行ったら
またムーガタを食べたいです
