ＪＲ三ノ宮駅から歩いて２分ほどの場所にある人気の洋食屋さんです、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター4席とテーブル８卓ほどの席数、１８時前くらいに到着したところ満席で１組の待ちがありましたが１０分ほどで席に案内されました。ただ帰る時にはかなりの行列になっていましたね。
メニューはビーフカツレツにタンシチュー、ビーフシチュー、ポークチャップ、ポークカツレツ、ハンバーグステーキ、エビフライといった一品料理にオムライスにカレーライス、ハイシライスなどのご飯も、それに３種類のセットメニューもありました。
その中からいただいたのはヘレビーフカツレツ、ライスは付けずに単品にしてビールでいただくことに。
そのヘレビーフカツレツはしっかりした厚みのあるお肉で中心は見事な色合いのレアと絶妙な火入れ、柔らかくてお肉の味がどっしりと感じられますね。しっかりとコクがあるデミグラスソースもさすがのもの、そのソースがたっぷりかけられていながらもサクサクの心地よい食感が楽しめる衣はお肉との一体感もバッチリ、全体的にすごく美味しかったです。
評判どおりの美味しいビーフカツレツに大満足です、ほかの料理も気になるところなのでまた神戸に来たときにはお邪魔したいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
