久々にこちらのお店で四川鍋を食べる事に。
まあ激辛ハンターは完全に引退した私ですが、元激辛ハンターのくだらんプライドだけは残っております。（笑）
まあ日本の四川料理の店は全て日本人の舌に合わせてますので本場の様な激辛フードが出て来る事はありません。
とは言いつつもこちらは場所柄神戸と言う事もあり本場チックな料理を食べさせてくれるお店。
店員さんのちょっと辿々しい日本語がまた味がある。
でも接客はきちんとしており、一生懸命さが伝わって来ます。
こちらではいつも四川鍋と飲み放題にするんですが、せっかくなので紹興酒のボトルもオーダー。
すぐに鍋がセットされますが、この赤と白の対比がいつ見てもいいねー。ピカソの絵みたいで。（笑）
肉はラム肉。
低カロリーなので食い過ぎを心配する必要は無し。
勢いでどんどん追加します。
好みは人によりますが、私は赤に付け足した方は何もつけずにそのまま、白はゴマダレで。
やっぱり赤が主流でいっちゃいますねー。
店内は我々以外はみんな中国の方々。
神戸と言う事もありますがちょっとした本場気分で四川鍋を味わう事が出来ます。
ちなみにこの店はビルの4階ですが、エレベーターで着いた途端店の中ですのでセキュリティの問題上開店時間前は4階のボタンを押しても作動しません。
「店無くなっとるがな！」って勘違いしたらあきませんよ。（笑）
