こちらのお店は三宮のビストロの中でも有名ですよね(^-^)
通るたびに気になっておりましたが、一人で中々入店出来ず見送っていました。
今回10年の思いを経て念願の訪店です。
予約時間から30分ほど遅れる旨のお電話をしたところ、とても朗らかに対応していただき受話器越しに安堵と期待の笑みが溢れました♩
お店は通りの角にあるので分かりやすいです。
店先には海外の方もたまにいらっしゃり、それだけで特別感を抱くミーハーです。笑
オーダーしたものは

・エゾ鹿モモ肉のロースト ¥2,600
です。

内容は
アンチョビポテサラ・生ハム・モルタデッラ・パテドカンパーニュ・ピクルス・オリーブのマリネ・ビーツのサラダ・エスカベッシュ・スパニッシュオムレツ
でした。
普段はあまり食べない食材&味付けは外食ならでは！
いいですね〜嬉しいです。
この盛り合わせでワイン４杯ほど…

こちらは焼き上がりに時間がかかるとの事。
ロースト系のご注文はお早めに！
お肉は鹿なのでとろける柔らかさというよりかはしっかり噛み応えのある力強さ。
女性は少し小さめカットで召し上がれ♩笑
二階席に案内していただいたのですが、とても仲睦まじい老夫婦さんやご家族、カップルなど
色んなご関係性の方々に愛されている印象でした(*´︶`*)
常連さんも多いようですね、スタッフさんと仲良く談笑されておられましたし客層が良いです。
周りを見れる方達ばかりな印象でした。
