久しぶりに伺いました、「トラットリア バンブー」さん
場所は北野坂沿いになります。
階段をのぼって店内へ。。
カウンター席10とテーブル席が3つあります。
まず、日本酒をいただきました。

次にお通しが運ばれてきます。

○柿の生湯葉巻き
どれも美味しいですね！
そして今回いただいたのは、
○本日のおすすめ！お造り盛り合わせ １８００円
レバー・こころ・ズリ・モモの炭焼き・ムネのタタキと塩昆布巻きを、ごま油・醤油・ポン酢でいただきます。
鮮度も良くて相変わらず美味しい！本当におすすめですねー
○淡路鶏白肝の濃厚レバーペースト ６００円
嫁さんおすすめ 笑
レバーはあまり好きでない私でも、美味しくいただけます。臭みもほとんどなく直ぐにバケットがなくなります！
○焼き鳥丼 ７００円
ご飯も食べたいと注文。山椒の効いたモモ肉とタレが合います。半熟卵もいいアクセント

白子・ずりをいただきました。
どれも美味く日本酒がすすみます！
忙しくなると接客が、、気になるところはありますが、お若い方たちは丁寧です。
焼き鳥はもちろん、リゾットも美味しいみたいなので次はいただいてみよう！
