突貫で神戸に出張でした。
宿泊は三宮付近から少し海側へ歩いたところで、下町感が醸し出されてる。Google mapで今日の1人めしを探して、なんだか評判のいいこちらのカレー店へ。
あゆむんや、と読むみたいです。
あゆむんやカレーとドライカレーのあい盛り、それに牛すじを注文しました。1000円ちょっと。お手軽な価格な。
あゆむんやカレーは、うん、評判通りフルーティーな南国風に仕上がってる。ドライカレーはけっこうドライではないけど、玉葱の甘旨さを深く感じる。
それほど辛くない。けど、満足感が高いのは複雑なスパイスのミックスで、何重にもいろんな角度からの味の調整と、店主の探究心の結果を感じるから。
ここに、牛スジや卵黄の動物性のアブラの美味しさが合わさると、こってりして、ラーメンに油分を加えたような感じかな。
美味かったです。
近くにきたら再訪したいですね、3.9点としました。
