場所は神戸三宮のトアロード沿いにあります。
神戸で美味しい焼肉屋と言えば、おそらくこちらの名前が一番上がってくると思います。
それくらい有名で、現在神戸中心部に４店舗の焼肉屋さんがあり、
さらに鉄板焼きの系列店舗も２店舗持つ神戸牛焼肉で人気のお店です。
こちらにも過去一度伺った事があり、久しぶりに再訪です。
距離的な事で本店の「石田屋」、「石田屋 Hanare」に行く事が多いですが、
３店舗の中だと雰囲気的にはこちらが個人的には一番好きです。
少し活気のあるカジュアルな本店、間接照明が落ち着いた薄暗い空間のHanareに対し、
こちらは全室個室になっており、落ち着いているので騒がしくなくゆったりと過ごせます。
オーダーはコースとアラカルトがありますが、今回はアラカルトにて。
では料理内容に。
・ナムルの盛り合わせ
・ローストビーフ風ユッケ
・特上厚切りタン
・特選おまかせ三種盛（特選カルビ、特選サーロイン、特選イチボ）
・上ハラミ
・コテツ(小腸)
・野菜スープ
・ライス
以上の料理内容です。
いつもと変わらない綺麗なサシと肉質で、どれを食べてもやはり美味しいです。
こちらはいつ来てもブレがなく、やはり名実についてくる安定感がありますね。
それに接客も皆さん温かく丁寧、気持ちよく食事をしながら過ごせます。
神戸中心部で上質な焼肉屋と言えば、個人的にはこちらと「大長今」ですが、
大長今はサービスに少し問題があったり、肉質にもムラがあったりするので、
やはりトータル的な満足度はいつ来ても平均値の高いこちらに大きく軍配です。
三宮の焼肉屋さんではまだこちらを超えるお店は出てこないですね。
