神戸では知名度の高い焼肉屋さんですね。やや高級です。いろんなテーマの店舗を展開されているようです。
トアロード沿いにあり、ロケーションは悪くない。雨の日は少し濡れるかな。1軒目に適してます。
この日は相方と肉を食べよう！って話になり、急遽予約して伺いました。早い時間に伺ったので入れましたが、出るころには満席。予約が無難です。客層は、老若男女。どなたでも気にすることなく。
ほかの石田屋さんに比べると高級感はやや低め。価格面も比例してますが。ただ、個室もあるので、ゆっくりと過ごすことはできます。店内はほどよく暗く、他人の目が気にならない造り。
どのコースを選択したか忘れてしまったのですが、コスパは良好ですよ。出てくる肉は、しょーもない食べ放題の肉とは雲泥の差。神戸牛や但馬牛ではないでしょうが、ちゃんとしてるのが見てすぐわかります。
焼肉に詳しくないので、どの部位がどうってあまりかけませんが、臭みなく食べやすいお肉でした。焼肉ってタレの味の差しかないんじゃないの？っていつも思うのですが、タレつけなくても肉そのものの味が美味しい。タレはほんと微量でいいと思います。塩で食べたい！
