店内では、各テーブルには七輪炭火が備え付けられていて、自分たちで焼く楽しさがあるんや。焼きながらじっくりとおしゃべり、最高のひとときやな。店員さんもフレンドリーで、食べ方や焼き加減のアドバイスもしてくれる。ほんま、アットホームな雰囲気が心地ええわ。
鳥と豚、二つの旨味が絶妙にマッチした料理は、口に入れた瞬間に感じる贅沢さに舌鼓。焼きたての香ばしさが広がり、旨味がじんわりと広がるんや。特に「さつま知覧どり」は、ジューシーで柔らかく、まさに鶏肉の王様の名に相応しい逸品。
