神戸牛で始まって神戸牛で終わるコースの内容でした。
サラダにはローストビーフがたくさん載せられています。ローストビーフは肉そのものの味がしっかりと感じられる味付けで、あっさりとしたドレッシングとの組み合わせはコースの始まりとして後味もすっきりとしていていいスタートでした。
メニューはお肉の選択が異なるだけで、他は全て同じです。今回はヒレとランプを注文しました。
ヒレは柔らかく脂身の少ないお肉でした。ランプは脂はありますが、赤身らしい肉の旨みを感じられるお肉でした。個人的にはヒレも美味しいですが、ランプが肉らしい旨味も楽しめるのでお勧めです。
価格はそれなりのお値段でしたが、神戸牛を十分に楽しめるので、旅行などで少し贅沢をするにはとてもお勧めのお店です。
