琉球ワールド沖縄宝島…という名前の沖縄に関するテーマパークのような施設が、かつての新長田には存在していた。
残念ながら、2013年3月末に閉店したが、８年間に及ぶ施設運営には当然のように紆余曲折があった。
大きなビルの２フロアを贅沢に使った、西日本最大級の店舗として鳴り物入りでの開店であったものの、やがて１階フロアだけになり、併設された飲食店も何人かの経営者の手を経たのち、閉店の日を迎える事になる。
琉球ワールド沖縄宝島の閉店を契機に、併設された沖縄料理店である「和琉酒菜 空」は、三宮に店舗を移して、夜の部のみを営業時間として運営を継続した。
メニューは、神戸市や兵庫県等の関西の人にも口馴染みするのみならず、沖縄県の方にも安心して食して頂ける定番料理が基本。
仕入れを沖縄から直接行っているが故に、沖縄地方で食材が枯渇した時には当然欠品となる。
それもご愛嬌。
だって、沖縄テイストを大切にしているお店が故。
コース料理＋飲み放題で四千円程度で収まるという、リーズナブルなところも安心ポイント。
因みに私の、このお店の超個人的定番料理は「フーチャンプル」と「カーリーフライ」。
会社関係の方が貸し切りで利用する事もあるが故、利用の際には予約することをオススメします。
