友達に聞いて早速お店に電話。
年明けと言う事もあってか翌日６時から席が空いていると・・・・
急遽他のお店に行く予定だったのをキャンセルしこちらに伺う事にしました。
お腹を空かせてランチもせずに６時過ぎに入店。
こちらの口コミも読んでいたので沢山は注文出来ないと思い
女性スタッフの説明を聞いてまず前菜から。
お通しもあったのでステーキが焼きあがるまでゆっくり食べていましたが
結構お肉が出るまで時間がかかった様に思います。
お通しはフランスパンにコンビーフ？みたいなのを乗せて食べます。
普通に美味しかったです。
前菜はお肉のパテが２種類・ハムが２種類・お肉系がもう１種類出てました～と、野菜のピクルス・
茹でた野菜をアンチョビソースに付けて食べます。
アンチョビソースが少し塩辛いんですがちょっとくせになりそうなお味です。
この前菜が２人分ワンプレートで出てきました。
そしてようやくお肉が焼き上がりワンプレートで来ました！
注文したのは、熟成フィレステーキ200ｇとランプ肉200ｇの計400ｇです。
プレートの真ん中にフライドポテト、その左右にフィレ100ｇが2つとランプ肉100ｇが2つ！ボンボンとお肉～って感じで乗ってます。
なかなか圧倒されますね。
外がこんがり焼けていて中は赤みが・・・血が滴ってます。
フィレには程よく脂身も付いていて切っても噛んでも柔らかい。
ただ私にはもう少し赤みが少ない方が・・・・好み。
焼き方は聞いてくれなかったんですけど、言えばもう少し焼いてくれたのかな～
あまりにも生々しすぎて・・・・それでもしっかり１人で200ｇ食べしまいました。
私はお酒も飲んでいなかったのでお肉後100ｇは食べれた気がします。
熟成肉の方がどうでしょうか～甘みがあった様に思うのだけど
これを目隠しして出されたら分からないかも・・・・（味音痴ですみません）
このお肉を見てかぶりつきたいと思いました！
お肉を食べた！とすごく満足気分で帰りました。
美味しかったし女性スタッフの愛想や対応がとても好印象。
２人で行って上記のお料理にピール（小瓶）１本とグラスワイン１杯で１４０００円弱でした。
もう少し高いと思っていましたがちょっと安心。
でも次回はグループで行ってどうしてもTボーンステーキを食べたいです。
Tボーンは約1ｋｇあるそうで骨を除いても800ｇはあるとか・・・
これで１２０００円~１４０００円くらいです。
それでも食べてみたいです。
とにかく美味しいお肉でした。
