今日は肉を食べるぞ、とやってきました。
最初に出てきたのは、肉のパニーニ？的なものでしたが、スパイスが少し効いた肉が香りよく、まずつまむのに美味しかったです。
メインの肉が焼けるにはけっこう時間がかかるとのことで、元々前菜は食べるつもりだったので注文しました。
・パテドカンパーニュ
・しらすのブルスケッタ
・仙鳳趾生牡蠣
・ブッラータチーズと生ハム
パテドカンパーニュ。990円
安定の美味しさ。
しらすのブルスケッタ。440円/個
あまり期待してなかったですが、
しらす自体も美味しく、塩加減がちょうどよかったです。でもこれは高い。

肉に来たのに牡蠣も食べるって、何食べに来たか
自分で分からなくなるなと思いながら、
誘惑に負けて。。 コクをしっかり感じて美味しい。
ただ、ソース的に海藻がついてましたが、牡蠣をスッキリ食べさせるには、今ひとつと思いました。
ブッラータチーズと生ハム。2420円
いい感じで美味しかったです。期待どおり。
そしてメインは、
名物の牛ヘレ肉のレアカツ。2970円/g
パッと見て、カツってわからないくらい衣が極薄。
「珍しさ」はありますね。
しかし何か、こう薄いとカツにする良さがあまり分からなかったです。
もう少し衣があると、カリッとした食感が加わったりするのでしょうが。。
もう一つ、ラムシンステーキ。2640円/g
こちらは、いかにも赤身！という味で美味しかったです。マスタードソースや塩などがついてましたが、これらが普通です。
肉へのこだわりに対して、ちょっと物足りないですね。
全体に、それぞれの素材の味はとても美味しいと思います♪
単に、最近はこれ以上に工夫して、且つリーズナブルなお店が出てきている、というだけですね。
