団体＆ピン利用出来るワインバー
ワイン＆レストランバー
「ソロミーナ」出身のオーナーが
独立して最初に出したのが当店！
私は、畔柳氏が独立する前の
「ソロミーナ」の常連客であった
友人に連れられて、オープンした
ばかりの当店に訪れたのが始まり
です。それからは、
居心地の良さから、友人、単独共に
通うようになり、すっかり常連です！
なお、畔柳氏は、
当店の成功を受けて「ソロミーナ」
を買取り、さらに当店にいた
女性二人の内、一人をソムリエ、
もう一人をシェフとして抜擢し、
オープンした「モアル」で、
一時期は合計3店舗のオーナーとなり
ましたが、
それから色々あり、苦労を
重ねた結果、人として、一回り
大きく？なり、
現在、畔柳氏は「ソロミーナ」
を人に任せて、当店に専念されて
います。「モアル」の話は避けて
おきます！
前置きが長くなりましたが、
本日は、祝いのパーティー後の
二次会の場として、当店を友人に
セッティングして頂きました！
生田新道にある1階が中華料理店の
ビルの10階へエレベーターで上がり、
私たちは店に入りました。
ワインをイメージ？した赤を基調とした
内装は変わりありません。
他のグループ、カウンター含めて
満席！！
当店は広くカウンター使い
するのもよし！団体＆貸切も可能
の人気店ですから予約する方が
いいと思います！
当然、料理、お酒のレベルも高く、
団体利用時にも期待を裏切りません。
本日は友人のはからいにより、
・シャンパン
で乾杯！！総勢7人の宴のスタート！
食事は、
私のイチオシ料理
・生ハム
・極薄生地のピザ(正確にはパン生地)
これが、ワインバーとは思えない
クオリティの高さで満足
私はパーティー主催者側につき
一次会で何も食べていなかった
ため、空腹はピーク！たまらず、
・サラミ
・パスタ
・ミックスナッツ
も追加オーダー！これらと
切り替えたワインを頂きます！
最高です！
ちなみに、今回のシャンパン、
赤ワインは、友人が何度も
通い、私たちのために畔柳氏
に準備して頂いた物語のこもっ
たもの！！
本当にありがとうございました！
美味しいお酒と料理に幸せな

を買取り、さらに当店にいた

畔柳氏！！
私は、畔柳氏が独立する前の
「ソロミーナ」の常連客であった
友人に連れられて、オープンした
ばかりの当店に訪れたのが始まり
です。
なお、畔柳氏は最近までは、当店を
人に任せて
「ソロミーナ」にいましたが、
数年ぶりに当店に戻って参りました。
それに合わせた訳ではありませんが、
本日は当店を紹介して頂いた友人と
久しぶりに訪問です。
この日は大雨の平日ということもあり、
三宮はひっそりとしていました。
生田新道にある1階が中華料理店の
ビルの10階へエレベーターで上がり、
私たちは店に入りました。
ワインをイメージしているのか、
赤を基調とした内装です。
残念ながら悪天候のため、
私たち以外に客はいません。
当店は、先程説明しました
「グランダミ」「ソロミーナ」「モアル」
の3店舗で一番広いため、
団体＆貸切が可能な店です。
当然、料理、お酒のレベルも高く、
団体利用時にも期待を裏切りません。
ちなみに私のイチオシ料理は、
・極薄生地のピザ(正確にはパン生地)
これが、ワインバーとは思えない
クオリティの高さで満足すること
必至！！
その他にも旬の食材を使ったパスタ
などもオススメです。
本日は友人がオーダーしました
・シャンパン
とソムリエでもある畔柳氏お任せ
のワイン、そして彼のトークに
に酔いしれてあっという間に時が
過ぎました。

いきつけの当店から7.5周年
という中途半端な案内が
届きました！
？と思いましたが、コロナ禍
で７周年記念を見送られて
いたため、このような措置と
なったようです！
前夜祭にも行った私ですが、
皆のリクエストもあり、
2軒目に利用しました！
別々で１軒目の店で食事をとった
・関西弁伝道師
・パーやん
・快楽と自己嫌悪の純粋男
・早口言葉できないけど早口な函館男
と大型哺乳動物の私は当店で
集合しました。
オーナーの畔柳氏がお出迎え！
頻繁に通っているため、
彼の苦労も知っており、
周年には感慨深いものが
あります！
店は常連客で満席！
予約していた私たちの
テーブルが空くのみ！
とりあえず白ワインを
ボトルでオーダー！
料理は
・チーズ盛合せ
・タルトフランペ
・トリュフのパスタ
・生ハム
をお願いしました！
当店で初めて食する
チーズ！
それをアテにワインを
頂く至福のひととき！
パスタには周年のために、
仕入れたというトリュフ
が贅沢です！
デザートには、応援に
かけつけた元モワルの
エミさんの
・チーズケーキ
も堪能することができました！
