今日の夕食です。
今年1月に、ランチを頂き、とても美味しかったので、今晩は2回目の訪問です。期待は、最高に高く、楽しみに伺いました。
いやぁ、お料理は、期待を裏切らないクオリティーでした。
〇秋の神明コース

☆先付…合鴨野菜巻き いくら 蒸無花果 胡麻ぽん酢掛け
☆前菜…小松菜煮浸し 神戸牛すじ大根煮
秋鮭南蛮漬け 魚松風 生湯葉醤油 柿玉子 銀杏はんぺん 鰆紅葉焼き 丹波黒枝豆
☆椀物…鱧と松茸の土瓶蒸し
☆造り…鮮魚盛り合わせ
☆焼物…神戸牛のステーキ サラダ添え

全て、美味しかったです。
ただ、揚げ物がもう少しカラッと揚がっていて、蒸し物のあんかけの味が、出しを効かした薄味なら、料理は満点の評価をしていました。
でも、コスパ大満足❗
店の設えや雰囲気は、もう少し品良くすると、料理が引き立つと思います。それと、接客係のお姉さんにも、料理の出し方や器の前後ろも、指導してあげると、また料理が一層活きて来ると思います。
