A hideaway shop that stands quietly in an inconspicuous place one street west of Kitanozaka in Sannomiya. It's a small shop with only a few people at the counter and a semi-private table in the back. This restaurant has an extensive menu, and if you ask the chef, he will make dishes that are not on the menu according to your preference. On this day, we had Carpaccio, Margherita, Pizza with 4 types of cheese, Seasonal frites, Stewed beef, Peperoncino, Arrabbiata, and Bolognese.All of them were seasoned to go well with the wine, so I ended up emptying 4 bottles of red wine lol.Since each person is cooking by himself, it takes time to serve, so the day before.
