This Chinese restaurant is located on the sixth floor of the building that houses Kyoto Osho, west of Tokyu Hands. Yusui, now located in the Center Plaza West Building, used to be on the same floor. We made a reservation on a Saturday night with a few friends. The weekday-only order buffet is all-you-can-eat for 100 minutes with over 60 different dishes, and costs just 1,880 yen. Even with all-you-can-drink, it's only 2,880 yen. Since we visited on a Saturday, we added all-you-can-drink to the regular course. The chili shrimp was especially delicious. The flesh was plump and the spiciness was just right. It was a small room so it was a bit cramped to eat in, but we still had fun in a friendly atmosphere.
