三宮北のスタイリッシュな中華料理店
三宮駅から北へ10分程。加納町の長い歩道橋を渡った先の、細い路地の先にある。
店内はカウンター席5席とテーブル席が数組。個室もあるようだ。白い壁のスタイリッシュな店内。2014年9月のオープン。
今回、3人で予約して夕方に来店。
料理は2人前のものが多いが、人数に合わせて臨機応変に対応してらもらえる。
今回頼んだのは、小ビール(¥550×2)、黒烏龍茶(¥400)と先付、前菜三種盛り合わせ(クラゲ、トマトとチャーシュー、海老、¥1200)、フカヒレ塊(胸ビレ)の煮込み(¥2500)、海老と牛蒡の春巻(2本、¥500)、鎮江香酢(黒酢)の酢豚(¥980)、四川麻婆豆腐(¥1200)、桜エビとシラスの炒飯(¥1100)、季節の餡入り胡麻胡麻団子(チョコ、2個で¥300)。食後には温かいジャスミン茶が提供される。
フカヒレ塊の煮込みは、食べごたえがあり、煮込んだスープは粘度がすごく高く美味しかった。黒酢の酢豚は、甘酸っぱい味付け。四川麻婆豆腐は程よく辛く、美味しかった。
美味しくて、コスパも良い。また来て、色々食べてみたい。

久しぶりに夜2人で来てみた。(久しぶりだが、食べログに書いたよりかは、もっと来ている)店は変わりなく、満席に近い状態だった。久しぶり過ぎてメニューの種類は少し変わっていた。生ビール(中、¥680)、自家製香港風炙りチャーシュー(¥1000)、春巻き(2本、¥500)、四川風麻婆豆腐(¥1000)、ソフトシェルクラブのスパイシーパウダー和え(¥1760)、海鮮入りあんかけ焼きそば(¥1320)を頼んだ。
混んでいて、料理ができるのが遅くなるということで、ザーサイを頂いた。
全部美味しかったが、ソフトシェルクラブのスパイシーパウダー和えは、おすすめメニューとのことで、蟹の殻ごと食べるとの説明を聞いた。初めて食べたが、ニンニクのスライスが入っていて、香ばしく美味しく頂いた。海鮮入り餡掛け焼きそばには大きな具がいっぱい入っていて、これも美味しかった。
