I thought I'd have to make a reservation because Tabelog, so I went there at 12 o'clock on a Saturday, but there was one group of customers at the counter and three groups at the table seats. The dim Dim sum that was on the previous menu was no longer available, so I ordered the restaurant's specialty soft steamed chicken set with green onion sauce for 1,100 yen. The only beer I had was a small bottle of black draft beer for 300 yen. A medium bottle is 400 yen. Bottled beer is insanely cheap. I wondered how much draft beer is for 680 yen. First, cold jasmine tea and salad are served. I think the jasmine tea is fragrant and good. The steamed chicken is cold. The green onion sauce also contains cucumber, and has an elegant taste that is perfect for hot weather. The dim Dim sum includes jade Gyoza / Dumpling and shrimp shumai. The seasoning is really wonderful, and there is no need for any sauce at all. The soup is also delicious. The almond tofu for dessert is syrup? honey? It seems that half of the orders are mapo tofu. It's a hill climb, so I'd like to go again when it's not so hot.
