久しぶりの神戸滞在。次いつ来れるかわからないし、地元の人が通う美味しいお店はどこかしらと探して見つけたお店。
年末ということもあり、早い時間に電話したものの予約は取れず。諦めずに20時過ぎに再度電話して、二巡目で入店できました。
メニューにはその日のおすすめが沢山、高まる期待。
日本酒と一緒に付き出しが出てきて、食べてみると丁寧に仕事をしているのがわかり、さらに高まる期待。
まずは刺身の盛り合わせ5種盛り。色々食べたいので2切れずつにしてもらいました。炙った伝助アナゴと明石のタコが美味しい！あー幸せ。
蒸し野菜の和風バーニャカウダはツナ入りの味噌で頂きます。こちら個人的にはもう少しとろみがあるソースが好みだけれどアイデアとしては面白い。
カニ入りの卵焼きはフワフワ。目の前で焼くその手際の良さもプラスポイント。
蓮根饅頭は小ぶりで香ばしく、思っていたのとは少し違ったけれど、これはこれで美味しい。
自家製ローストビーフのウニ巻きも美味。ただ、お値段あと1000円高くていいので、霜降りのお肉希望です。
締めは鶏と牛蒡の釜飯。旨味がすごい、お腹いっぱいなのに別腹で食べられます。
お酒2合と酎ハイと焼酎ソーダ割り飲んで、13000円はお得。このお店、きっと何を食べても美味しいんだろうなと思いました。
神戸に好きなお店ができた日。また来ます、ご馳走様でした。
