どれどれ…
「コウベニウマイヤキニクヤハッケン」
我が肉食同盟のコードネーム【Ｙ】から肉々しい情報を入手した。神戸最大の繁華街、三宮にそびえ立つビルにその店はあった。
その名も「大長今」
本店はこの食べログでも高評価を得ているほどの有名店。今回はその系列の生田ロード店をお邪魔した。「大長今天空」という名で文字通り最上階に店舗を構えている。店内は清潔感があって個室も完備されており、なかなかどうして仕上がってるじゃないか。
メニューを見てみると値段は特別安いという印象は受けなかった。果たしてどれほどの肉達が現れるのかとても楽しみになった。しばいたる‼︎
コードネーム【Ｙ】がオススメする肉や、俺が食べてみたい肉などを片っ端から注文し倒した。まず驚いたのが刺身の種類が多いところ。センマイ刺し、タン刺し、ハツ刺しやタンユッケなど品揃えが豊富。やっぱり生は最高だな。刺身が登場するや否や現役時代を彷彿させる電光石火の高速ジャブでペロリンコしてしてやった‼︎
そしていよいよ焼肉達が堂々のリングイン‼︎
厚切りタン、イチボ、ロース、マルシン、ラムシン、ハラミ、サガリ、サーロインの焼きしゃぶ、ミノサンドなどが次々に運び込まれてきた。焼いて食べたらすぐに運ばれてくるハードループには、ハードペロリンコで応戦するしかない。まさに捕食！猛獣の連撃とはこのことを言うのだな。サガリに関してはあまりにも旨すぎたので追加注文！このサガリは亀田家奥義ペロリアーノで天に返しておいた…。とどめにホルモンの盛り合わせも注文したが臭みもなくタレも上手に染み込んでいてこれがなかなかウマリンコ！
しかし、焼酎のソーダ割りだけは申し訳ないのだが「かませ」だった… 。炭酸が弱過ぎる!! 何度注文しても弱いまま‼︎ビンのフタを開けた瞬間注いでもあの弱さだったから商品自体に問題ありかな？そのせいでいつもよりたくさん飲んでしまい酔ってしまった… 。またしても急性アルコール中毒で緊急搬送されてしまうところだった…笑。その後のドンチャン騒ぎの様子の写真はインスタで【酒と上手に付き合うシリーズ】というタイトルでアップするとしよう。
まぁ、そんな話は置いておいてこの店の仕上がり具合はお会計の時だった。レベルの高い肉をあれだけ食べたにも関わらず、酒代も入れて一人当たりの単価が約7000円だった。東京であれば10000円はくだらない。これには驚愕‼︎
情報をくれたコードネーム【Ｙ】には感謝だな。こいつは褒美として２階級特進させてやろう。神戸にはまだまだ旨い焼肉屋があるらしいので、神戸の焼肉市場がどうなっているのかに興味が湧いた。調べ尽くしてやるとするか。
今回でも思ったのが、肉王への道を極めるには一人の力だけでは無理があるな…
