いくたロードのビル8階にある焼肉屋さん。こちらのお店も含めて「生田ロード」と標記するお店は多いのだけど、正しい名称は「いくたロード」。固有名詞なので、正しく使っていただきたい。
それ以前の名称「生田筋」でも間違いではない。こちらのお店は近年急成長し、神戸市内に5店舗、大阪に1店舗の計6店舗に増えたようだ。初めて訪れたのは数年前で、北野坂店だった。
まずは生ビールで乾杯。瓶ビールはキリンかエビスだけど、生ビールはアサヒスーパードライになる。キムチはカクテキやオイキムチは必要ないので、白菜のみを注文した。
塩タンは、普通の薄いタンにした。最近は厚切りタンが流行りだけど、我々年寄りには薄切りのほうが食べやすい。続いてイチボ、塩ミノ、ハラミとサガリ、焼き野菜盛合せを注文。
ハラミとサガリはうまい。壺漬けのようにタレを絡めていない分、素材そのものの味がストレートに分かる。これはタレを付けて食べるのはもったいないので、ぜひ岩塩を出してもらいたい。
生ビールの次はゆずマッコリ。このゆずマッコリは、超絶にうまい。このマッコリを飲むためだけでも、また訪れたい気がした。コロナ禍なので、完全個室のお店は重宝すると思う。
