→九州から毎日仕入れる厳選した鶏肉を用いた鶏刺身盛り合わせ。ささみ・むね・心臓・レバーといった様々な部位を一度に味わえます。

臭みが全くない美味しい刺身でした
もも肉のたたき淡路島玉ねぎ
→ 炭火で焼き上げた鶏のタタキを、ポン酢・淡路島産の玉ネギでさっぱりと仕上げています。鶏肉のやわらかさと炭火の香りが堪りませんでした！
さっぱりしていてついついあっという間に食べ切ってしまいました笑
白肝のレバームースと鰻の揚げ物
