久しぶりの再訪
ミント神戸のレストラン街は、三ノ宮駅から近く、いつも混んでいるが、久しぶりに昼2人で来て、小籠包のタレは、白酢と黒酢から選べるが、贅沢魯肉飯セット(¥1680)とよだれ鷄冷麺セット(¥1680)を頼んだ。贅沢魯肉飯セットは、小籠包3個、本日の前菜(海老豆腐)、海老チリ、玉子スープが付く。よだれ鷄冷麺セットにも、小籠包3個、本日の前菜が付く。
前菜の海老豆腐は、冷たく美味しかった。
魯肉飯は、豆鼓が入っていて、台湾らしい。よだれ鷄冷麺もパクチーが入っている。単品以外にセットメニューもいっぱいあり、どれにしようか迷う。定期的に来たい。
久しぶりの再訪、台湾料理
ひさしぶりの再訪。前回書いたのは2015年だが、それ以外にも何度か来ている。ただ、食べログの記事を書くのは2度目。
夜2人で来て、空芯菜のガーリック炒め(¥1130、税別)、小籠包3種盛り(¥1110)、中国漬菜入り角煮 蒸しパン添え(¥1230)、坦々麺小椀(¥700)を頼んだ。
小籠包3種盛りは、プレーン、烏龍茶、蟹肉。テーブルには酢が3種あるが、小籠包には黒酢がお勧め。
豚の角煮は、豆鼓の味がする。蒸しパンに包むのは、長崎の中華街で食べて以来で懐かしの味だった。
坦々麺も美味しかった。
三宮の行きつけの坦々麺の店が、コロナで閉店してからひさしぶりに食べた。今後はここで坦々麺を食べようと思う。
美味しくいただいた。
ミント神戸の台湾料理店
三宮駅南、ミント神戸の7階にある、小籠包が有名な台湾料理店。本店は台北にあり、日本の本店は東京恵比寿にある。
恵比寿本店はかなり前からあるようだが、神戸店は2015年9月にオープンしたばかり。カウンター席とテーブル席がある。
夜2人で来て、窓越しに三宮の街並みが見えるカウンター席に座り、小籠包(6個入り、¥870)、蟹肉小籠包(4個入り、¥980)、上海焼きそば(¥1150)、麻婆豆腐(¥1080)、白飯(¥200)を頼んだ。
小籠包の皮は薄く、肉汁たっぷりでおいしい。
刻み生姜と一緒に食べた。蟹肉小籠包は、蟹の風味が濃厚だった。
上海焼きそばは、大量に来るかと思いきや、一人前小盛りのボリュームだった。
麻婆豆腐は、台湾特有の調味料 豆鼓が入っている。少し辛目の味付け。メニューには書いていないが、白飯を注文し、麻婆豆腐と一緒に食べた。白飯は、もちもちしていて非常においしい。
メニューも豊富なので、また来て違うメニューも食べてみたい。

久しぶりに夕方2人で訪問。満席になっていて、少し外の席で待って入店した。今回は、生ビール(モルツ、¥700)、小籠包(6個入り、¥980)、台湾腸詰め(¥1080)、酢豚(¥1280)、フカヒレとトマトのふわふわ玉子(¥1600)、蟹餡かけ炒飯(¥1600)を頼んだ。
酢豚にサツマイモがあるのは珍しいと思う。小籠包は安定的な美味しさ。蟹餡かけ炒飯は優しい味。メニューがいっぱいあり迷うが、またこの蟹餡かけ炒飯を食べたいと思う。
