実は関西エリアに初出店したのがミント神戸店だそうです。
三ノ宮駅より徒歩一分の好アクセス！
夜ならば神戸の夜景を一望できるパノラマウィンドウもあります✨️
お昼時は並んでいますが、事前に予約で入店も可能です！
特に小籠包が人気とのこと！！
その小籠包についてですが、
京鼎樓さんの小籠包は、熟練した点心師の技を集結させ、選りすぐりの素材と独自の製法で蒸し上げております。
特徴は旨みスープと餡を包む皮生地。
蒸し上がった小籠包は中が透けて見えるほど『超薄皮』です。
頬張ると、薄皮からコラーゲンたっぷりの豊潤なスープと選りすぐりの豚肉の風味が口いっぱい広がります。
人気のランチやコースとも迷いましたが
色んなメニューを食べたかったのでアラカルトで注文しました。
・小籠包3種盛り
定番の小籠包と烏龍茶、蟹肉の味の3種類です。
一度に数種類を食べ比べられるのはいいなと思いました！
おすすめするのも分かります！やはり美味しかったです！！！ジュワッと溢れる肉汁は旨みがギュッと詰まったような深い味わいを感じました✨
もちもちだけど薄皮の皮も良かったです！
個人的に驚いたのは烏龍茶小籠包です。風味程度かなと思ったのですが、想像以上に烏龍茶の味がしました！
それぞれきちんと味が違っていたので食べ比べを選択して良かったです。
・よだれ鶏
辛味のある特性ソースがたまりませんでした！
砕いたナッツの食感もいいですし、しっとりかつジューシーな鶏肉が美味しかったです！
・春巻き
中華といえば春巻きも欠かせません！
こちらの春巻きはパリパリで具材がみっちり詰まっていました！
まさに春巻きと言えばこれこれ！というような理想を叶えてくれる春巻きでした。
皮は油っぽくなくて、揚げ物なのに重たくなかったのも良かったです！
・台湾黒酢の酢豚
私は中華の中でも酢豚が特に好きです！
こちらの酢豚は珍しくさつまいもが入っていました！そして酸っぱすぎず甘めのお酢でした！
そのため、さつまいもと食べるとまるで大学芋のようでした。
オリジナルの酢豚は美味しかったです
・エビマヨ
中華の定番とも言える1品。
大きい海老だったので食べ応えもありました
皮が分厚い訳ではなく、しっかりと海老の身を感じられたので良かったです。
・海老入りXO醤炒飯
炒飯の味付けが個人的にはちょうど良くて、
量が多めでもパクパクと食べられました
何度でも口に運びたくなる美味しさでした！！
総じてどれも美味しかったです✨️
