ポートピアホテルにて、
催しがあり、その後の懇親の場を
任された私はポートライナーの
三宮駅に近いエリアで店を散策！
当店しかないと確信したものの、
飲食店経営者に再度、確認し、
太鼓判を押されたため予約の
上、訪れました。
ミント神戸の7階です。
個室で予約しましたが店の
外からは、テーブル席しか
確認できません
店に入ると、案内されたのは、
奥のスライド扉の向こうに現れた
個室です。
円卓にぴったりの8人が着座
春の歓送迎会コースが以下、
提供されました。
・クラゲの冷菜 粒マスタード添え
・蒸し鶏の甘露ソース 春キャベツ添え
・季節の小籠包入り 三色小籠包
・大根餅の春巻
・海老の塩炒め 春ニラの香り
・牛肉と季節野菜のオイスターソース炒め
・江戸菜と腸詰の炒め
・春香るクレソンとチャーシューの炒飯
・滑らか杏仁豆腐
料理は、評判通りの質の高さです。
最初の蒸し鶏で、そのレベルが
分かり！その後、何を食べても
美味しかったです！
〆の炒飯もパラパラ&しっとり
のバランスが理想的でした！
