It's about a 3-minute walk from Sannomiya Station on each line. It's on the 6th floor of a building in the middle of the downtown area. It's a difficult place to find, but I really enjoyed the authentic Chinese food. It was a hidden gem with everything from spicy food to specialty skewers to delicious Chinese Cuisine. Why not go there at least once?
