神戸・北野にある『ショコラリパブリック ギャラリーカフェ』へ。
北野坂沿いにある本店は有名だけど、ココは北野坂を西に入ったところにあるので穴場なんですよね☆
ギャラリーとして絵画や写真の個展等も開催できるみたい。
注文はセルフ方式で、１階で注文して２階に持って上がります。
ケーキは１０種類弱ぐらいかな。
カシスモンブランや神戸生チーズモンブランも気になったけど、
神戸生チョコモンブラン（４５０円）をいただきました♪
中はチョコスポンジと生クリームで、濃厚で滑らかなガナッシュがすんごく美味しい～！
次は、神戸生チーズモンブランを食べに行かなきゃ！
