VINSEMBLE was established in Kobe in 2016 as Wine Bar. It has now entered its ninth year since opening, and has undergone many changes, including overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic. 1. We have renovated from Wine Bar alone to a "Wine Bar & modern French cuisine with a Japanese feel", making it a place where you can enjoy a leisurely meal. 2. We have changed our opening hours from 3am to midnight. This is being done to improve the flow of people after COVID-19, employment stability, and quality. In fact, we feel that we are now able to serve more consistently good food, wine, and service than before. 3. We have made major changes to our wine lineup. Since Wine Bar and Restaurants customers have different wine preferences, we have shifted our wine lineup slightly more toward Restaurants. 4. We have opened a sister store. I ordered a premium course from my credit card company.I hope you will enjoy the many dishes prepared from carefully selected ingredients and free ideas that are not bound by modern French cuisine frameworks and have the essence of Japan. There were only about two bites, so I wasn't satisfied with the quantity.The taste wasn't bad, but I didn't think the ingredients were carefully selected.When I visited before Oita, I didn't think the quantity was small because it also included pasta and risotto. However, I am disappointed.I thought that this would be difficult in terms of cost performance.I think it would be good if you use it as a single bar rather than as a course.
