JR三ノ宮駅東側の建て替え準備中のサンパルの北側にある中華屋さんでランチです。
ビルの2階に入ってます。
お店に入ってからテーブルに灰皿が置いてあるのを確認しました。
最近はほぼ禁煙のお店が多く、もう喫煙確認も不要になってきたかなと思ってたけど、
やっぱりまだ必要のようですね(^^;
●黒酢スブタセット：880円(税込)
酢豚はむせぶような黒酢ではなく優しい。
でも濃厚で玉ねぎ、にんじん、ピーマンといった野菜までしっかり味が伝わっていて、
それでいて素材本来の食感と味を楽しめて、とっても美味しい。
唐揚げは表面がカリッと揚がっていて中はほんのりピンクがかってジューシーで美味しい。
杏仁豆腐は寒天多めのプルプル食感です。
野菜のスープはあっさり。
とにかく酢豚と唐揚げともに質感が高くとても満足できる美味しさでした。
