前菜盛り合わせはどれも手が込んでいてそれぞれに美味しく、もう、これで、2～3杯飲んでしまった (^^)
モツ煮込みはどれだけ煮込まれているのか!?
下処理から煮込み時間まで、本当に時間を掛けて作られているのが伝わってきました。
又、スタッフの皆さんの活気と連携が凄い!!
