このお店ができた頃は、近所の家族連れを見かけたり、控えめな女子たちが食べたりとおとなしいお店でした。
それが、昨日当日予約で伺った時には、若いスタッフのはつらつさと大人の品のいい客層に加えて、狭い空間が返ってイタリアのトラットリアを彷彿させる楽しい賑わいのお店にガラリと変わっていました。
チッチャの青木シェフを崇拝する若き中村シェフ。
スタッフへの指示やホスピタリティあふれる接客に心地よさを感じました。以前訪れたことを覚えてくれたようで、カウンター越しに会話も弾みました。
中国のインフルエンサーがやってきたことで中国人の観光客も増えているそうで、Google翻訳で頑張ってますと他のお客さんと話していて、一生懸命、接客している姿が見えるようでした。
前菜が本当に美味しい、ビスマルクピザも毎日でも食べたいほど美味しい、中村シェフセレクトのワインもリーズナブルでこれまた美味しい。
当日予約で、1時間半の空き時間にお願いしましたが、すごく満足しました。
